In an August 2 livestream, he asserted that the allegations had been previously investigated and that he had cooperated fully. To defend himself, Miller released a collection of documents, though the disclosure faced criticism for allegedly including inappropriate images of his daughter, further complicating the ongoing custody dispute.
Sen. Bernie Moreno has been vocal in his opposition to his former son-in-law, stating that his daughter lives in constant fear and that Miller requires psychological intervention. The senator has described difficult custody exchanges, including an incident where he claimed Miller withheld a child’s toy. Despite calls from several Republican lawmakers—including Sens.
